Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but all appointments are subject to technician availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover administrative costs and lost time.
Our technicians strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or previous service overruns, arrival times may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we expect a delay.
Before performing any work, our technicians will provide an estimate of the cost. This estimate is based on our standard rates and an assessment of the work required. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process or if the scope of work changes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
All prices are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes.
We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. If an issue arises with our repair work within this period, we will return to address the problem at no additional cost to you.
Parts and materials installed by our technicians are covered by manufacturers' warranties where applicable. These warranties vary by product and manufacturer.
